These Booking & Contract Terms apply to all photography services provided by in2focus photography.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once:

• Both parties agree to the shoot details, and

• Any requested deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Deposits & Payments

For certain bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the date.

Remaining balances must be paid:

• Before delivery of final images, or

• Within the agreed payment timeframe.

Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery of images.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

• If cancellation occurs very close to the booking date, additional charges may apply depending on preparation already completed.

4. Rescheduling

We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

In cases of:

• Severe weather

• Unsafe conditions

• Illness

• Emergencies

we may offer an alternative date.

5. Photography Coverage

We will make every reasonable effort to capture important moments and requested shots.

However, due to the nature of live events and photography, specific images or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information

• Arriving on time where applicable

• Ensuring permission is granted at locations or venues

• Informing us of any important requirements before the shoot

7. Image Editing & Delivery

All delivered images are professionally edited in the style of in2focus photography.

RAW/unedited files will not normally be supplied.

Images will be delivered digitally through:

• An online gallery

• Download link

• Or another agreed delivery method

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on workload and shoot type.

8. Image Storage

We recommend downloading and backing up your images once delivered.

While we may keep copies temporarily, long-term storage is not guaranteed.

9. Use of Images

in2focus photography may use selected images for:

• Portfolio use

• Website galleries

• Social media

• Promotional content

If you would prefer your images not to be used publicly, please let us know before the shoot.

10. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of:

• Equipment failure

• Technical issues

• Accidental image loss

• Circumstances outside our control

our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client.

11. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to end a shoot early or refuse service if:

• Conditions become unsafe

• There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour

• Venue rules are broken

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time as in2focus photography grows and develops.
